Employee resource groups:

Driving connection, learning, and engagement

Employee resource groups (ERGs) are part of the fabric of our company and are fundamental to our inclusion and diversity (I&D) strategy. And to driving better outcomes on behalf of our patients and communities.

Our ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups formed based on shared identities and other diversity cohorts that build awareness about a variety of matters that pertain to I&D, promote a sense of belonging, and drive business and societal impact.

ERGs are open to all employees as an opportunity to connect, learn, and engage as allies.

We have many ERGs with a global presence and other successful ERGs with a specific country presence and focus. Our ERGs reflect various shared affinities, identities and experiences, including:

  • Cancer at work
  • Disabilities
  • Early talent
  • Gender
  • LGBT+
  • Mental health
  • Neurodiversity
  • Parents and caregivers
  • Racial, cultural and ethnic diversity
